Bookings should only be made on equipment you have received training on. When you have not used an instrument for some time, refresher training should be sought from the Facility staff.

If your experiment is taking longer than expected please ensure the booking time is extended on the booking system.

Instruments are run on a cost recovery model and you will be invoiced for time used after the booking. If you are the first user of the day and time is spent in setting up the instrument this time will not be charged.

Avoidable damage caused to equipment due to a lack of training or carelessness may result in repair costs being charged or future access to the Facility being restricted.

Siso Software Limited are not responsible or liable in any way for any errors, damages or any other loss caused by your usage of this system. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any loss howsoever suffered including negligence or fraud except where such negligence causes death or personal injury.
